Refunds and Exchanges

HitNSpin Toy Store will gladly accept returned items, as long as they are in new condition and with its original packaging. Refunds are based on the lower value of the item. If the current store price is lower, then the lower amount will be returned. If the purchase price is lower than the current store price, the lower amount will be refunded. For exchanges, the full purchase amount of the item will be credited, regardless of current price. If the exchanged item/s is/are lower in value than the returned item/s, a gift card will be given as change.

Promotions

Any purchases made using the birthday promo will not be credited into the loyalty program of HitNSpin Toy Store.

To avail of the birthday promo, present proof of date of birth of the child, as well as proof of relation to child.
